Last Updated: August 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites, products, programs, events, courses, retreats, and services offered by Rehder Events LLC ("Rehder Events," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for an event or program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase or participating in a program.

1. About Rehder Events LLC

Rehder Events LLC is an Arizona limited liability company offering educational and experiential programs that may include online courses, virtual programs, breathwork experiences, workshops, retreats, live events, meditations, educational content, and related services.

Our contact information is:

2. Eligibility and Minors

Our website, products, and services are not intended for children under the age of 13.

Certain programs may permit participants between the ages of 13 and 17 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

For participants under 18, Rehder Events LLC may require a parent or legal guardian to approve registration, consent to participation, and complete applicable waivers, releases, health information, or other required documents.

Some programs may be restricted to participants age 18 or older at our discretion.

3. Purchases and Payment

When purchasing a product, event, program, course, or service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms and payment processors, including ThriveCart, Stripe, and PayPal.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.

4. Payment Plans

Certain programs may be offered through payment plans.

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price according to the payment schedule presented at checkout. A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription that may be canceled simply by discontinuing participation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, choosing not to attend, participate in, access, or complete a program does not automatically cancel remaining payments.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again, contact you regarding the outstanding balance, and/or suspend access to the applicable program or course until the account is brought current.

Any refund or cancellation rights applicable to a payment-plan purchase are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

5. Digital Courses and Content

Purchasing a digital course or program provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course or its intellectual property to you.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:

Share your account or login credentials
Copy or reproduce course materials
Record or download content except where a download is specifically provided
Republish or distribute course materials
Upload materials to another website, platform, group, or file-sharing service
Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit course materials
Use our materials to create substantially similar courses, trainings, programs, or commercial products
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Access duration, where applicable, will be described on the relevant sales or checkout page.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content provided by Rehder Events LLC is owned by or licensed to Rehder Events LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This may include:
Videos
Audio recordings
Meditations
Breathwork materials
Written materials
Course materials
Exercises and worksheets
Graphics and photographs
Website content
Event materials
Program structures
Training materials
Logos and branding
Recordings of classes or programs

You may use these materials only for the personal purposes for which they were provided.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

7. Personal Use vs. Professional Use

Participation in a course, workshop, retreat, breathwork experience, or other program does not grant permission to teach, facilitate, reproduce, certify others in, or commercially use Rehder Events LLC's proprietary materials or programs unless we expressly provide such authorization in writing.

Completion of one of our programs does not by itself constitute professional certification, licensure, or authorization to provide healthcare, mental health treatment, breathwork facilitation, or other professional services.

8. Live and Online Events

Registration for an event reserves space that may otherwise be unavailable to another participant.

You are responsible for reviewing event dates, times, locations, travel requirements, participation requirements, and other relevant information before registering.

Event schedules, instructors, venues, activities, or other details may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes when necessary while attempting to preserve the overall nature and value of the program.

9. Event Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, credits, and transfers are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Different policies may apply to:

Digital courses
Online or Zoom programs
Individual live breathwork events
Multi-day events
RE programs
Retreats
Other specialized offerings

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable refund and cancellation terms before purchasing.

10. Event Credits

Where an event registration is eligible to be transferred to a future event, the credit generally must be used within 12 months of the original event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Event credits:

Have no cash value
Are not redeemable for cash
May be subject to availability
May be limited to eligible Rehder Events LLC programs
May not be transferred to another person without our written approval

Any difference in price between the original event and the future event may be your responsibility.

11. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Rehder Events LLC

We may cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule an event when reasonably necessary because of circumstances including illness, venue issues, weather, natural disasters, emergencies, governmental restrictions, insufficient enrollment, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an event without providing a replacement date or substantially equivalent alternative, participants will generally be offered either:

1.) A refund of amounts paid directly to Rehder Events LLC for the canceled event; or

2.) A credit toward another eligible Rehder Events LLC event.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rehder Events LLC is not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, lost wages, travel insurance, or other expenses incurred in connection with an event.

We strongly encourage participants traveling to an event to consider appropriate travel insurance and refundable or flexible travel arrangements.

12. Health and Participation

Some Rehder Events LLC programs include experiential practices such as breathwork, meditation, movement, emotional exploration, or other activities that may be physically or emotionally intense.

Participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for disclosing relevant information when requested for safety purposes.

Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent surgeries or injuries, cardiovascular conditions, seizure disorders, psychiatric conditions, or other circumstances may make some activities inappropriate or require consultation with a qualified healthcare professional before participation.

Additional requirements and contraindications are described in our Health, Safety & Breathwork Disclaimer and applicable participant forms.

13. No Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Rehder Events LLC's programs and content are intended for educational, personal-development, spiritual, and experiential purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our programs are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for services provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

Nothing on our website or in our programs should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should seek appropriate professional care for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other health concerns.

14. Participant Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, health, safety, and well-being.

You agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by facilitators and staff and to notify an appropriate facilitator if you experience significant discomfort or believe you should stop participating in an activity.

You may choose not to participate in a particular exercise or activity.

Rehder Events LLC reserves the right to limit or discontinue someone's participation when we reasonably believe doing so is appropriate for safety, disruptive conduct, violation of these Terms, or the well-being of participants or staff.

15. Participant Conduct

We aim to maintain environments that support safety, respect, and appropriate personal boundaries.

Participants may not engage in:

Harassment
Threatening or abusive conduct
Discrimination prohibited by applicable law
Violence or threats of violence
Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual conduct
Deliberate disruption of programs
Unauthorized recording
Misuse of confidential or personal information shared by other participants
Conduct that creates a significant safety concern

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program or event for serious or repeated violations of these expectations.

Removal for misconduct may result in forfeiture of payments to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Confidentiality in Group Programs

Some programs involve participants voluntarily sharing personal experiences in a group environment.

We may ask participants to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal stories or identifying information shared by other participants.

However, Rehder Events LLC cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

You should use appropriate judgment when deciding what personal information to share in a group setting.

17. Photography, Video, and Recordings

Certain events, classes, retreats, or online programs may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Where required or appropriate, participants will be notified and/or asked to provide consent through a separate release or registration agreement.

We may also record certain online programs for participant access, educational purposes, archival purposes, or other purposes disclosed to participants.

Participants may not photograph, film, record, livestream, or otherwise capture a Rehder Events LLC program or another participant without appropriate authorization.

18. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, stories, and experiences presented on our website or marketing materials reflect the experiences of individual participants.

Individual experiences vary.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar physical, emotional, personal, spiritual, professional, financial, or other results.

Nothing in our marketing materials should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

19. No Guarantee of Results

Personal growth, healing experiences, relationships, finances, well-being, spiritual experiences, and other outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee any particular result from participating in our programs or using our products or services.

You remain responsible for your decisions and how you apply information or experiences obtained through our programs.

20. Website Use

You agree not to use our website:

For unlawful purposes
To interfere with website security or operation
To attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
To distribute malicious software
To impersonate another person
To infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
To collect information about other users without authorization

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, users, or business.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and programs may use or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors, email providers, video platforms, social networks, scheduling services, course platforms, or other services.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or practices of independent third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website, content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that our website or digital services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rehder Events LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, programs, or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rehder Events LLC's aggregate liability arising from a particular product, program, event, or service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Rehder Events LLC for that product, program, event, or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

24. Participant Waivers and Releases

Participation in certain live events, breathwork experiences, retreats, or other activities may require you to sign a separate participant agreement, informed consent, assumption-of-risk agreement, and/or liability waiver.

Those agreements are separate from these website Terms and may contain additional provisions specific to the activity.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a properly executed participant agreement concerning participation in a specific activity, the more specific participant agreement will generally govern that activity to the extent permitted by law.

25. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

26. Force Majeure

Rehder Events LLC will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic or pandemic conditions, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, utility or internet failures, labor disruptions, civil disturbances, venue closures, or similar events.

Where such circumstances affect a live program, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative, reschedule, credit, or other remedy consistent with these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

28. Disputes

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@rehderevents.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief where immediate legal action is reasonably necessary or where applicable law provides rights that cannot be waived.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution agreement that the parties have validly entered into.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent reasonably necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

30. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Changes generally apply prospectively. Terms applicable to a completed purchase will be determined by the terms in effect when the transaction occurred, except where a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable disclaimers, checkout terms, and any program-specific agreements or participant waivers, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Rehder Events LLC regarding the relevant website use, purchase, or participation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Last Updated: August 13, 2026

We understand that plans sometimes change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the policies that apply to courses, online programs, breathwork events, RE events, retreats, and other offerings provided by Rehder Events LLC.

Please review the applicable policy before making your purchase.

1. Online Courses and Digital Programs

Purchases of prerecorded online courses and eligible digital programs include a 3-day money-back guarantee, unless a different refund policy is clearly stated on the applicable sales or checkout page.

To request a refund, email info@rehderevents.com within 3 calendar days of your original purchase.

Once the 3-day refund period has passed, the purchase is final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a refund is issued, access to the applicable course or digital materials may be terminated.

2. Zoom and Other Live Online Events

Registration for live online events, including Zoom classes and programs, is generally non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. At our discretion, Rehder Events LLC may offer a refund, credit, or transfer to another eligible event in individual circumstances.

Providing an exception in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another.

If a recording is included with your registration, inability to attend the live session does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

3. Individual Live Breathwork Events

Registration for individual live breathwork events and similar short-format in-person events is generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend because of unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

At our discretion, we may offer a refund, event credit, or transfer to another eligible event.

Any exception is considered individually and does not establish a continuing refund policy or entitlement.

4. RE Events and Retreats

The following policy applies to RE events, Sedona retreats, and other multi-day programs unless different terms are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

More Than 14 Days Before the Event

If you cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start of the event, you may choose either:

Option 1: Refund

Receive a refund of amounts paid to Rehder Events LLC for the event, less a 10% processing and administrative fee.

Option 2: Event Credit

Transfer 100% of the amount paid to an eligible future Rehder Events LLC event without a cancellation or transfer fee.

14 Days or Less Before the Event

If you cancel 14 calendar days or less before the scheduled start of the event, payments are non-refundable.

However, the amount paid may be transferred as credit toward an eligible future Rehder Events LLC event.

5. Event Credit Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, event credits:

Must be used within 12 months of the original event date
May be used only toward eligible Rehder Events LLC offerings
Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
Are subject to availability
Are not transferable to another person without our written approval

If the future event costs more than the available credit, you are responsible for paying the difference.

If the future event costs less than your available credit, the remaining balance may continue to be used toward another eligible event within the original 12-month credit period.

The issuance of an event credit does not guarantee availability for a particular event, date, location, or program.

6. No-Shows and Early Departure

If you do not attend an event without notifying us, your payment is generally forfeited and no refund or event credit will be issued.

If you attend an event but choose to leave early or discontinue participation, no refund or prorated refund will generally be provided.

Rehder Events LLC may make exceptions when appropriate under unusual circumstances, but is not obligated to do so.

7. Health or Participation Issues

It is your responsibility to review applicable health requirements, contraindications, and participation information before registering for breathwork experiences, retreats, or other experiential programs.

If you determine that you cannot safely participate, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our standard cancellation timelines generally continue to apply unless Rehder Events LLC agrees to an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Payment Plans

Certain courses, events, retreats, and programs may be purchased through a payment plan.

If you cancel a RE event, retreat, or other eligible multi-day event:

More than 14 days before the event: You may receive a refund of the amounts already paid, less the applicable 10% processing and administrative fee, or transfer 100% of the amounts already paid to an eligible future event. Any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.

14 days or less before the event: Amounts already paid are non-refundable but may be transferred as credit toward an eligible future Rehder Events LLC event. Any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.

Event credits remain subject to the 12-month expiration and other terms described in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For other products, courses, or programs purchased through a payment plan, the refund and cancellation terms disclosed for that particular offering will apply.

If you simply stop making payments without submitting a cancellation request, this does not automatically constitute cancellation. Please contact info@rehderevents.com to cancel your registration and determine what refund, credit, or payment-plan adjustment applies.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

9. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Rehder Events LLC

If Rehder Events LLC cancels an event and does not provide a replacement date or substantially equivalent alternative, you may choose either:

A full refund of amounts paid directly to Rehder Events LLC for that event; or

A credit of the full amount paid toward another eligible Rehder Events LLC event.

If an event must be postponed or rescheduled, your registration will generally transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we will provide reasonable options based on the circumstances, which may include a refund or event credit.

10. Travel and Other Expenses

Rehder Events LLC is not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, rental cars, lost wages, or other expenses incurred in connection with attending an event.

This applies even when an event is canceled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by law.

For events requiring travel, we strongly encourage participants to consider travel insurance and refundable or flexible travel arrangements.

11. Removal From an Event

Rehder Events LLC reserves the right to remove a participant from an event or program when reasonably necessary because of serious misconduct, violation of event policies, significant disruption, or safety concerns.

When removal results from a participant's misconduct or violation of program requirements, payments may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If participation is discontinued by Rehder Events LLC primarily because of a health or safety concern that does not involve participant misconduct, we may determine an appropriate refund, credit, or other accommodation based on the circumstances.

12. Special Offers and Different Terms

Occasionally, a particular course, event, promotion, or program may have different refund or cancellation terms.

If different terms are clearly disclosed on the applicable sales page, registration page, checkout page, or written agreement before purchase, those specific terms will govern that purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. How to Request a Refund, Cancellation, or Transfer

To request a refund, cancel an event registration, or request an event transfer, contact:

info@rehderevents.com

Please include:

Your name
The email address used to register
The course, program, or event
Your request for a refund, cancellation, or transfer

The date we receive your written request will generally be used to determine whether it falls within an applicable cancellation period.

14. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, your financial institution, and other payment providers.

Rehder Events LLC is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other third parties.

Health, Safety & Breathwork Disclaimer

Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Last Updated: August 13, 2026

Rehder Events LLC offers breathwork and other experiential practices that may produce significant physical, emotional, and psychological effects.

Your safety is important. Please read this information carefully before participating in any breathwork experience, event, retreat, online program, or other experiential activity offered by Rehder Events LLC.

This information is intended to help you make an informed decision about participation. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

1. Understanding Breathwork

Breathwork may involve periods of intentional, continuous, accelerated, deep, or otherwise altered breathing.

Depending on the practice and the individual, breathwork may temporarily affect breathing patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, carbon dioxide levels, circulation, muscle tension, sensation, perception, and emotional state.

Experiences vary considerably from person to person.

Possible experiences may include:

Lightheadedness or dizziness
Tingling or numbness
Changes in body temperature
Muscle tension, cramping, or involuntary movement
Changes in heart rate
Temporary feelings of breathlessness
Emotional intensity
Crying, laughter, fear, anger, grief, joy, or other emotional responses
Changes in perception or awareness
Fatigue
Headache
Nausea
Feelings of vulnerability or emotional sensitivity

These experiences are not guaranteed and should not automatically be interpreted as evidence of healing, therapeutic benefit, or medical improvement.

2. Breathwork Is Not Appropriate for Everyone

Certain forms of breathwork may be physically or emotionally intense and may not be appropriate for everyone.

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have a medical or mental health condition, are taking medications that could affect your participation, have recently experienced a significant health event, or are uncertain whether breathwork is appropriate for you.

3. Contraindications and Conditions Requiring Additional Caution

Intensive breathwork may be contraindicated, require modification, or require medical clearance for individuals with certain conditions or circumstances.

These may include, but are not limited to:

Significant cardiovascular disease
History of heart attack or other serious cardiac conditions
Uncontrolled or significantly elevated high blood pressure
History of aneurysm
History of stroke or other significant cerebrovascular conditions
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Glaucoma
Retinal detachment or certain serious eye conditions
Pregnancy
Recent major surgery
Recent significant physical injury
Severe osteoporosis or other conditions involving significant risk of injury
Serious respiratory conditions
Significant neurological conditions
Current or recent severe psychiatric symptoms
Psychosis or a history of psychotic episodes
Mania or other states involving significant impairment in judgment or reality testing
Severe dissociation or psychological instability
Active substance intoxication
Any condition for which a healthcare professional has advised against intensive breathing practices or significant physiological or emotional activation

This list is not exhaustive.

Having one of these conditions does not necessarily mean that every form of breathing practice is inappropriate. However, you should not participate in intensive breathwork without appropriate medical or professional guidance when a condition could make participation unsafe.

Rehder Events LLC may decline or modify participation when we reasonably believe an activity may present a significant safety concern.

4. Medications

Certain medications may affect your physiological or psychological response to breathwork.

If you take prescription medications, particularly medications related to cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory, or psychiatric conditions, consult your prescribing or treating healthcare professional if you are uncertain whether intensive breathwork is appropriate for you.

Do not stop, reduce, or modify prescribed medication in order to participate in breathwork unless instructed to do so by the healthcare professional responsible for your care.

5. Pregnancy

Intensive breathwork may not be appropriate during pregnancy.

If you are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant, inform the facilitator before participating and consult your qualified healthcare professional regarding whether the specific activity is appropriate for you.

Rehder Events LLC may require modification of the practice, medical clearance, or non-participation in certain intensive breathwork activities during pregnancy.

6. Asthma and Respiratory Conditions

If you have asthma or another respiratory condition, consult your healthcare professional regarding whether intensive breathwork is appropriate for you.

If you have been prescribed a rescue inhaler, you should have it readily accessible during participation.

Inform the facilitator of relevant respiratory conditions before beginning the practice.

7. Mental and Emotional Health

Breathwork and other experiential practices may bring up intense emotions, memories, sensations, or psychological experiences.

These programs are not substitutes for psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or other appropriate mental health care.

If you are currently experiencing severe psychological distress, psychosis, mania, significant dissociation, suicidal thoughts, or another acute mental health concern, intensive breathwork may not be appropriate.

Consult an appropriately qualified mental health or healthcare professional before participating if you have concerns about your psychological stability or ability to safely engage in emotionally intense practices.

8. During Breathwork

Participation is voluntary.

You are encouraged to remain aware of your physical and emotional state throughout the experience.

You may slow your breathing, return to normal breathing, modify the practice, or stop participating at any time.

Notify a facilitator promptly if you experience symptoms that concern you.

Seek immediate medical attention for symptoms that may indicate a medical emergency, including severe or persistent chest pain, loss of consciousness, severe difficulty breathing, sudden neurological symptoms, or other potentially serious symptoms.

Do not attempt to push through symptoms that you believe may indicate injury or a medical emergency.

9. Personal Responsibility and Disclosure

You are responsible for providing accurate information when asked about conditions or circumstances relevant to your ability to participate safely.

You are also responsible for determining, in consultation with qualified professionals when appropriate, whether participation is suitable for you.

Rehder Events LLC and its facilitators cannot identify every medical or psychological condition that may affect an individual's response to breathwork.

If you are uncertain, ask before participating and seek appropriate professional guidance.

10. Online and At-Home Breathwork

Additional considerations apply when participating remotely.

When participating in breathwork through Zoom, prerecorded courses, audio recordings, videos, or other at-home formats:

Participate in a physically safe environment
Do not practice while driving or operating machinery
Do not practice in water, including pools, baths, hot tubs, lakes, or other bodies of water
Do not practice while standing or in another position where dizziness or loss of balance could cause injury
Remove nearby objects that could cause injury
Do not participate while intoxicated
Make reasonable arrangements for assistance if your health or circumstances make practicing alone inappropriate

If you feel unsafe or experience concerning symptoms, stop the practice and seek appropriate assistance.

11. Minors

Rehder Events LLC does not offer its programs to children under 13.

Participants between the ages of 13 and 17 may participate in certain programs only when Rehder Events LLC permits minor participation and appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained.

Additional restrictions, modifications, screening, or participation requirements may apply to minors.

A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete a separate consent, acknowledgment of risk, and participant waiver before a minor participates.

12. No Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Rehder Events LLC's breathwork experiences and related programs are offered for educational, personal development, spiritual, and experiential purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed healthcare services.

Facilitators should not be relied upon to diagnose a medical or mental health condition unless they are separately qualified and expressly acting within the scope of an applicable professional license.

13. Individual Experiences and Results

People respond differently to breathwork.

Some participants report meaningful physical, emotional, personal, or spiritual experiences. Others may experience little noticeable effect or may find the practice uncomfortable.

No particular experience or result is guaranteed.

Descriptions of experiences provided by other participants should not be interpreted as evidence that you will experience the same result.

14. Participant Waiver and Informed Consent

Participation in certain Rehder Events LLC breathwork experiences, retreats, and live events may require completion of a separate participant waiver, assumption-of-risk agreement, health acknowledgment, and/or informed-consent document.

This Health, Safety & Breathwork Disclaimer does not replace those agreements.

You may be prohibited from participating if required forms have not been completed.

15. Emergency Situations

Rehder Events LLC programs are not emergency medical or mental health services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate assistance from appropriate emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis, seek immediate assistance from an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.

16. Your Decision to Participate

By choosing to participate in a breathwork experience, you acknowledge that breathwork can involve physical and emotional intensity and that individual responses cannot always be predicted.

You agree to follow reasonable safety instructions, communicate relevant concerns, respect your own limits, and stop or modify the practice when appropriate.
